EXCHANGE AND RETURNS: General Policy
We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn merchandise purchased for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept washed or worn items. If a washed or worn item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

Exchange Policy: Rhino will gladly exchange any item at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase for another size or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All items must be in their original condition. If you are exchanging an item for another item of greater value, please include your credit card number so we can charge the additional amount. For security purposes we do not keep credit card numbers on file. All exchanges are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please allow ample time for your exchange to reach us.

Exchange Procedure:
If you need to make an exchange for any reason, simply complete the Return/Exchange Form and include it with the item you are exchanging to the address listed below. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.  Additional merchandise ordered may qualify for additional special offer or require additional shipping and handling charges. If no method of payment is provided, the original credit card will be charged for any balance due. If you have any questions about your return, please send us an email at shop@rhinolacrosse.com. Additionally, you will not be refunded for any price difference if you are exchanging for a lower value item. If you would like the price difference, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a separate order for the lower priced items. You will be responsible for all shipping fees. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will refund you for the item, minus the shipping fee.

Return/Refund Policy:
Rhino will gladly refund your money for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition. Your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Return/Refund Procedure:
If you need to return an item for a refund, simply complete the Return/Exchange Form and include it with the item you are returning to the address listed below. Your refund will be in the amount you paid for the item(s). You will only be reimbursed for the items(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Returns can take up to two weeks to process once we receive them. Be sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. When your return is processed, we’ll send you a notification email.

Price Adjustments:
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 7 days of the sale offering. Please email us to see if your order or items are eligible. If eligible, the price difference will be issued in the form of a Rhino credit. No refunds are given for price differences.
